Thanks! When you are hunting you have to wear them so you don’t shoot each other. We think the animals can see them cause they are super reflective but they shouldn’t be able to see the orange colour :)
FYI in NSW state forest it is illegal to target practice. you can only shoot at animals, no trees, not targets. I know its stupid as you have just travelled with your bow and you need to check it but thats the rules.
I know right it's a stupid rule. I've even asked dpi about it. I'd prefer to be sighted in and make an ethical kill knowing I'm on pint by hitting a few targets. Dpi said what happens when walk away no body knows. They even admitted what I was saying was correct. And there should be a clause where sighting in for achers.
You guys make AWESOME VIDEOS. great editing. This is what Bowhunting needs IMO
Thank you! Can’t wait to get out there again and we feel so lucky to be able to take everyone with us :)
Good work on the editing guys! Keep getting out there and enjoying our great forests!
Good to see you out there giving it a crack. Great video

this is awesome! whats with the orange hats? i would think its so you guys keep track of eachother but can the animals also see them?
Most animals can't see bright orange, so they wear it so other hunters can easily see each other for safety reasons.
