One more method just colour on a page with oil pastels after that colour the full page with black oil pastel and with a stik or a pencil scratch whatever you want

No need to use cello tape and acrylic paint. Just use black crayon colour and cover the page. Once the crayon is all scratched, you can again use black crayon and renew the book.

If we purchase Oil pastles colour of Camlin we get a Tool of scraching we can also do this from the tool.
