- Can You Beat 2 Towers CHIMPS With RANDOM Towers? BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - the concept is simple, beat a 2 towers CHIMPS but every time I upgrade the tower is randomized in a balanced way! Winning comes down to a lot of luck but also some skill - see how long it takes for me to find a winning combination.

I think you should have done this on hard prices but with the ultimate crosspathing mod aswell, that way you could have an entire third path to upgrade into, making the challenge less rng reguired.
Agreed. Totally luck based challenges, like only getting 2 random towers on the hardest difficulty, isn’t that fun to watch
Ultimate cross pathing makes this challenge trivial. Too many towers can solo chimps with that mod.

Random towers is very brutal on camo detection, like every time there is a tier two cross path to get camo, the randomizer never seems to get it.

I really liked seeing all the attempts instead of scuffed reloads and randomness and continues. I get that it takes a long time to do, but I enjoy it.

meanwhile permaspike saving him at round 79
Only counting fully crosspathed towers there are 18,906 of towers you could get, with only 610 winning combinations (753 minus the 143 combos that use a hero, as they are not available in this mod). assuming you placed 2 fully crosspathed towers at the start of the game you have a whopping 3.23% chance of getting a 2tc combo and being able to win the challenge. In reality though you are likely to die before you get to those fully crosspathed towers, and you also dont really get to pick the placement, making your chances of success even lower. Easy prices make this marginally easier, not sure what the numbers are but im sure its around the same win %. LMK if my math is wrong.
towers cost determines what they can randomize into. If you have $150k put into a tower and it gets locked (5th tier with full crosspath) it's probably going to be much better than a tower that's $40k and gets locked. So the odds likely aren't that simple. It would be with fully random towers.
@@ataready8810also some 2tc wouldn’t work because of early game, no camo/lead/purple and such, but they can work out late game, so the odds are probably higher
You're not accounting for being able to switch between pairs of towers, which makes your chances exponentially better.

Might be interesting to see you do a 1 tower challenge with randomized towers. In theory it’s possible since you can roll each round you need cammo or lead and then in the mid-end game you can find upgrades that do both. Only down side is you get pigeon holed into a tower that can kill lead and cammo.

Here is a really wacky challenge for you:
Least Tiers Chimps
Basically, set ur tier count to a pretty low amount (I did 20 and I suggest you do the same), and try to get as late as you can with it. I suggest just doing logs as that would make it easier to go late. (Also, no hero since they just cheese the tiers)
My strat was:
0-5-2 Super Monkey
0-5-0 MAD
5-0-0 Druid
Thats basically doing a much easier 2TC
@@AaronW2097 Yeah Ig, but it makes ultra late game (round 140+) possible IF you use the right towers because you arent gonna be going for your usually 2tc with towers like Pirate lord, POD, Apache, etc. And you need to focus on ultra late game. (Though, there is probably always gonna be an Anti bloon and probably a Superstorm or Bloon Crush)

Watching you hope that "far" put the spikes in a better spot made me think how bad the spike factory targeting priorities are. We need a "set target", "normal", and a reworked "smart" targeting that would put equal piles at the back of active tracks. Then we might actually go for that crosspath. It would also make middle path spike super useful, because you can put the set target off the track so that only MOABs are big enough to reach it and therefore reach peak damage potential. And, while you're at it, make the spike storm ability not global range but a "set target" storm of arrows type ability when crosspathed with smart spikes. Wouldn't that be the coolest thing in the game?

You should try using the ultimate crosspathing mod in this challenge to reduce the RNG necessity, and try it with hardmode prices to balance it out

Why they make dotj no longer pop leds the plobem is make that is to good is because for that price is to good the vines is pop on the track not main attack yea prb isab is true about a spike but, a spike is solo up to round 59+ but if is make arheme at least very goood or the synergy with dragon's breath still almost to good or i forgot or if is decress the price to of that upgrade to be in total close for what is doing for the price 13k idk is perfect.
