I suspect it is indeed his passive and not the scepter and that the website is wrong but I can’t even look up what the scepter does right now because its current state is probably buried in a patch note somewhere

I think 30 minutes of tsuki in any capacity is enough to leave anyone satisfied. The gameplay is just icing on the cake!

Yeah i think the scepter gives 10hp but its bugged where it keeps and gaining and losing it every couple seconds
