12:59 if you want to change his height and not make him look like a child, go to body, then change his height from there! The scale shows how close he is to the camera or to the screen, meaning it 50% most of the time wont look good if youre using it for height. for more precise heights, go to the height section. (hope this helps!) also amazing video!

i have a tip for when they seem to small or to big etc maybe it could be the actual size so where you edit the characters etc make that size smaller
