Future flash? Don't you mean future flash's time remnant? Because on season 3 barry finds out who savitar is, barry says "I visited my future self, he told me he created time remnants to stop you, but you slaughtered them all." Savitar says "All but one, me." So it's future flash's time remnant. It only takes a true flash fan to figure that out

It's a higher connection to the speed force. Look up the blueing effect. The red means he is slow, blue means fast. This does not apply to reverseaboi because he is connected to the mirrored version of the speed force. The red therefore meens he is the fastest he can be.
