I love Nagi's recipes too, and have her Dinner cookbook. I love how her recipes are simple and healthy, and easy to convert to gluten, dairy and peanut free (because of allergies in the family).

What size are those kmart glass containers?
The ones I use in this video ate the 2L size. They're around $8, I think. I love them.
