Your parent might have the code and will not give it too you so now you can’t turn off anything so what you do is download the google app then click on your account then click search history then go to the thing that says delete then delete what ever like something from today or a month then go to safari and you will now see that it is not their

To anyone that this isn’t working for, I have another tutorial that worked for me after nothing worked.
1. Go to screen time
2. Go to content and privacy restrictions
3. Enter screen time passcode (if you have one)
4. Go to content restrictions
5. Go to web content
6. Click unrestricted
7. Close out safari so it restarts
and there you go.
