      Mein Ziel ist, mein erster 70.3 in Rügen nächstes Jahr. Und jetzt versuche ich die Saison zu planen. Ziel ist Finishen und wenn es geht in unter 6h. Mache mich gerade mit TP vertraut, was nicht so einfach ist.

      Hab deinen Kanal erst vor 2 Tagen endeckt. Schaue mir gerade deinen Werdegang an. Und bin noch mehr Motiviert als eh schon. Werde mir noch ne Menge hier abschauen. Also wie wichtig empfindest du die lange Einheit der Woche? Weil ich 2 Ruhetage Einplane und an den anderen Tagen max 2h zur Verfügung habe.

      @DanNoz  6 лет назад

      +frank dwars rückblickend ist mein Rat so entspannt wie möglich zu bleiben. das kommt aber leider erst von Rennen zu Rennen. was deine zeiteinteilung angeht, überhaupt kein Problem. achte darauf das jede Einheit ein klaren Zweck hat. der Lange Lauf ist nur ein Teil vieler workouts, auf den ich aber so gut wie. Nie verzichtet habe. Dennoch muss der a) nicht schnell sein und b nicht super lang.

    Great video dan, I saw from a previous video you used to use trainerroad as your triathlon training plan, was buying the Fitzgerald plan more beneficial?

    • @DanNoz
      @DanNoz  6 лет назад

      +docalvin15 thanks my friend. you are right, I used trainerroad for my 70.3 preparation, however I mainly focused on the bike workouts. Even for the Fitzgerald plan i used trainerroad workouts as I found the bike parts underwhelming. the biggest benefit i got from the Fitzgerald plan was learning about the structure. and trainingpeaks helps massively as it visualises everything nicely. hope that helps. what are you currently training for?

      Dan Noz I am off season now but next year IM70.3 Oceanside, IM Santa Rosa (my 1st full), then IM 70.3 Whistler, maybe another 70.3 in the fall also... Been using a coach for 1 year which has helped me a ton.

    It looks like you're training zones are not right. If you have a if of 1.05 in 55 min it is a really hard race. 100 tss in one hour is a full all out race of one hour.

    • @DanNoz
      @DanNoz  7 лет назад

      +Melvin Keppel hi melvin, thanks for the heads up. which upload / training are you referring to? I'll look into that.

    • @melvinkeppel
      @melvinkeppel 7 лет назад +1

      @10:25 the workout is only 52:57 min and still you have 105rtss, in this case, I think your threshold speed is too low. Especially when you did a warming up and cooling down. When you get faster, you need to run harder to get the same points. so a ctl of 100 is not the same for everyone. Still, you did an amazing race, I saw your vlog later this morning. Congrats

    Hi Dan,
    Great videos. Keep it real!
    got a question. when you buy the training plan on trainingpeaks, do you have access to the full service, or did you also have to buy the upgrade all year round on top of the training plan?
    Also, is the training plan re-usable?
    Cheers,

    • @DanNoz
      @DanNoz  7 лет назад

      +Sebastien Brochard hi sebastien, thanks for the message. You can use the free version with a trainingplan, however you can't shift workouts around, which is something that I constantly did. The training plan is reusable. Best of luck with your training. What are you training for?

      Hi Dan,
      Thanks for the quick feedback.
      Training for an IM 70.3 in Vietnam next year. And actually, another in Indonesia after that, which i attempted this year ... finished it, but after the cut-off. If you're interested, you can read about it there: im2021sbr.blogspot.sg/2017/08/my-first-ironman-703.html

      Oh my god, IM 70,3 Danang looks amazing. I visited Vietnam last year and loved it. Best of luck with your training and sharing this amazing race story. Sorry to hear about the bike crash and ambulance, but even more credit for finishing my friend. That's the spirit. I am sure you'll be doing great in your next race. It's all part of the journey. Cheers from London. Dan
