My day started by visiting a first fix alarm system to check on how far the other trades had got. Its important to stay ahead of the trades and don't depend on them contacting you.
Second job was as per the video.
Third job was go home, feed and water the dog.
Forth job was a service to an alarm 20 miles away.

Personally I’d use four core flex and sleeve the live conductors with brown sleeving .
I was always taught to connect the CPC through even into a class 2 fitting and fit a wago onto the unterminated CPC.
Get yourself a knipex ergostrip for flex , FP etc great tool 👍
