I watched a video from lil capped called how to hit dlight more and it completely changed my playstyle of hammer I'm more passive now and this is helping because I was looking for every punish I could at the start and didnt realize if I kept going for those really hard punishes I could die so thanks for this
Yeah, Dlight is a very safe move, but less experienced hammer players throw it out way too often, pushing for punishes where they don’t exist. Good thing you recognized that. And thanks!
There’s a huge brawlhalla content gap, and I think that doing stuff like “one tip for playing every legend”, “one tip for playing against every legend”, and “each weapons worst matchup” would be fire content ideas
Really nice video! I have over 1000 hours in the games now and still being stuck in Gold is honestly getting depressing. Hoping to improve in key areas like punishing, and get my stick drift fixed and improve at fast fall on controller so that I can achieve high level movement consistently!
Don’t ever be ashamed of your ELO my friend, everyone progresses at different rates. Definitely focus on practicing your movement though, because having a solid punish game is only possible though efficient movement. Good luck!
if you have experience with small electronics/ alot of free time but can't buy a replacement controller, you could make your own lol, ik this is a bit random but i'm currently making my own custom controller so thought i'd mention it as an option, basically trying to get the benefits of controller and keyboard by making something that looks like the "MIXBOX" but not expensive as hell lmao
