When these words are followed by an object, we do not use reflexive pronouns. Else reflexive pronoun will be a must. In this sentence that you have posted, "Cooking Oil" is the object, so 'reflexive pronoun' will not be needed.
In order to find the object, ask "what/Who" after the verb. If you get an answer, there is an object present. If not, there is no object.
