Sir can you guide me for further career. Done Btech worked very Little as software developer. Then have done LLB thoroughly, but now in a company as an Associate Consultant. doing compliance work in cyber security plus seeing legal cases. I don't have a very good background in cyber security but have gone through policy making procedure. Please guide me , how can I improve policy making for ISO 27001 without having solid basic knowledge about cyber security, and what should be my next step for turning my career into very happening one.... Please help me in clearing the doubts.

Would like to understand the major differences between testing the BCP plan and testing the DR plan. Because as per my understanding, BCP test has a) Structured walkthrough b) Preparedness Test and c) Full Operational test. And DR test has a) Checklist review b) Structured walkthrough c) Simulation d) Parallel and d) Full interruption. Also, wanted to check if its absolutely mandatory to perform BCP and then immediately perform DRP, meaning both have be consecutive and cannot be performed in isolation?
The BCP should be a collaborative initiative within all the functions/departments of the organization and then collated into one plan by whoever is assigned the mandate.

NOTE: A UPS battery back should not be considered a high availability or failover method, it's only used to be able to shutdown systems gracefully.

this is not main site we call as a production server otherwise DC
In failover process we bring up DR server as a production server
Risk cannot be eliminated, it can only be reduced to an acceptable level.
