And when you lose $30 when you get beat. That means you need to win 4 out of 5, 1x hands with the dealer qualifying to come out ahead by $10. Don't play the side bets until you can play $25, $25 and limit your side bets to $5. If you get up to $50 +$50 then you can go up to $10 or $15 on side bets. It's just the mathematics of the game. And better still would be never play the pair plus. Terrible odds.
