సోదరా, అన్నీ AC మోడల్స్ లో నేను గమనించిన ఒక common ప్రాబ్లెమ్ ( వీలు అయితే సొల్యూషన్ చెప్పమని నా రిక్వెస్ట్ ):
Example: నైట్ పడుకునే ముందు AC టెంపరేచర్ 26 పెట్టుకున్నా, మరియేదిన టెంపరేచర్ పెట్టుకున్నా మధ్య రాత్రికి రూమ్ ఛిల్ల్ అయ్యీ AC అపుకోవడము, లేదా ఫ్యాన్ వేసుకోవతమో జరుగుతుంది.
మళ్ళీ కొన్ని గంటలకి చెమటలు పట్టి, మళ్ళీ AC వేసుకోవలిసి వస్తుంది. దీనివల్ల నిద్ర బాగా డిస్టర్బ్ అవుతుంది.
అలా కాకుండా, ఆటోమేటిక్ గా temparacher adjust అయ్యి, మనకి నిద్ర డిస్టర్బ్ కాకుండా ఉండాలి అంటే. ఎటువంటి ఫ్యూచర్స్ ఉన్న AC తీసుకోవాలో సలహా ఇవ్వగలరు అని మనవి 🙏

Hi Prasad bro I have doubt,so 1 ton means 12000 thousand BTU And 1.5 means 18000 .
So here is my question now why are you dividing with 12000 thousand both are 1.5 ton AC's so you need to divide with 18000 thousand as per your logic

Its same logic as in engine capacity in cars say a car 999cc engine, you divide by 1000 to get 0.99 ~ 1L engine, similarly 1493cc engine you divide with 1000 again you get 1.493 ~ 1.5L engine, notice you use 1000 in both cases, you can still divide with 18000, now you get normalized value, the ac with value closer to 1 is better

I brought LG 5 star with 4600W. No issues with cooling. Its a great AC I will say. You can use this AC at 110% capacity with 5400W

Most of the AC technicians/service dealers suggest to go for non inverter model as they have very less repairs when compared with the inverter models.
Even the cost (after warranty) for the inverter model parts is too high.
What do you say about this??
Nope. Non inverter models are slowly phased out. If not immediately, you will face problems with spares down the line. The PCB in inverter models is expensive. Some companies claim 5 year warranty on PCB. But that is only for indoor unit. Not outdoor unit. So a workaround for this is take appliance insurance policy which covers outdoor unit PCB as well. I know it is a additional expense. But trust me it saves a lot of money.
Another important point is adding a very good stabilizer even though companies claim "stabilizer free operation"

Here, I'm just comparing the models.
As you said, the PCB in inverter models is expensive. And most of the issues start after the warranty period only.
I haven't noticed any issues till now for non-inverter models (some of them are around 10 years old).
We cannot guarantee the same in the inverter case. I have started getting problems in less than 5 years.
And coming to the power consumption, i didn't see much difference (but yes, there is a slight difference)
