“I used to think I was the strangest person in the world but then I thought, there are so many people in the world, there must be someone just like me who feels bizarre and flawed in the same ways I do I would imagine her, and imagine that she must be out there thinking of me too. well, I hope that if you are out there you read this and know that yes, it’s true I’m here, and I’m just as strange as you.” - Frida Kahlo
That's so beautiful. It's like the notion, that no matter where you are, there is always someone thinking about you, and perhaps you have never even met, but a kind of human connectedness. I don't know, but I feel it's a nice thought. peace x
The moment she let her hair down, I felt like I was watching a beautiful flower blossom. In a way, I feel honored to witness such a majestic unfurling. What a stunning beauty.
my new favourite metaphor: "i dont really believe in swimming pools". its like saying you don't believe in the fake or fabricated “beauty” in the world regardless of its utility or popularity - you prefer the ocean. hence why you dont believe in swimming pools. i dont really think she intended it to be interpreted that way but it carries such heavy connotation and its so BEAUTIFULLL. shes so inspiring!
I have a friend who lives and will comment about man-made decorative fountains. In the several decades I have know her, I have never heard her comment about a *natural* spring, waterfalls, lake, river or ocean. Strange.
When she put her hair down, I feel it was the most defining moment of the video I really felt an interaction, something she had full control and power on but invitating:she owns her body and knows how magical it is and she is not hysterical about it. That was such a strong moment. Its so refreshing and important to have strong women like this around
"I want to create that aloofness and distance from the world, and then whoever penetrates that is a winner." I've never been able to put that part of myself into words. Stav did this for me. This woman is a force of nature.
"I don't care about how much money people have, but I care about how rich they are in their heart, and in their brain. And I really really mean that." beautiful.
I'm in tears. I don't think one of these interviews has ever so closely matched my own personality in a lot of ways - it was really interesting. So much honesty here, and deep self-knowledge. I hope she finds the right woman to break through the unapproachable force field. :)
oo, Belgium - go! :)) Your country is nice, for me, big nature lover, I enjoy your landscape, don't even laugh - it's so cool, no extremes, mild, medium and beautiful! But sadly I got very little idea of people/Flams.
"The reason I have love is because I am love. Everything starts in the self. And if I don't have love within myself I cannot offer love, I cannot expect love, I cannot bring love out and I cannot receive it." I love this
I remember first watching this when it came out as a 14 year old. I still love this interview to this day. I’m so glad I was able to find this again. What an amazing and inspiring person.
Gosh... I got goosebumps from watching this. From the way she began the video, strong, hard and fierce... And as she slowly undressed, I felt that she opened up a little more. Maybe even softened a little. She's so interesting.
This is still my favorite video. I'm very thankful to know people like Stav B exists. Even if I never meet someone like her, to know she exists gives me so much hope.
Never in my life have I related more to a video. This might be my parallel in the series. SO beautiful, so thankful this was shared. I feel so amazing now and hopeful just thinking about life and the beauty of LIVING it. Wow. Thank you.
She looked beautiful at first, and it was easier for myself to identify with her then because of her fashion sense, but when she took everything off it was such an eye opener as to how beautiful she was WITHOUT all those things... It was truly amazing to be able to see that transition.
I've watched a few of these interviews but the way she was so closed off and the moment she took down her hair was so vulnerable and beautiful. This was really incredible.
This serie has made me cry so many times. All of these different persons opening up about insecurities, thoughts is simply the beautiful and arch reality. and i love it, makes me feel like I'm not alone in a way.
Gosh, I'm crying. I didn't really warm to her at the beginning, but once she started opening up and sharing her experiences, I couldn't help being captivated by her. She's like a powerful goddess. And the way she talked about life and love, just moved me deeply. peace x
I am so in love right now.. what a character.. amazing person! And I relate so much! And finally someone said that their biggest struggle is money, relationship with money ,trying to accept the way this world goes around! I never ever in my life met anyone who would feel the same! And the strength of her character is what I am looking forward to become. In love...
I love her. Part of me was hoping she'd still keep her rings on in the end ;) I also like that she's distant/aloof but not arrogant about it like many guarded people are. She mentions it in a self aware way but without feeling the need to apologize for not being a traditionally warm and compliant woman. I agree with the other comments. What a gem truly.
Amazing, thanks so much. I was off-put just by the air of rigidity in one moment, then she turned on her heel and chose to be flexible. She is so deep and light and creative and herself. Stunning and beautiful.
This is my FAVORITE one so far...I can totally relate. "I get lonely sometimes because I'm so immersed into my work, so I kind of forget to relate. Then I'm like, Oh..I haven't had a friend for three years. I have decided recently, to start opening up to the possibility of love. Now that's a very big thing for me for me to say. It doesn't mean I've already got somebody or nothing like that. I am opening myself to the possibility of having someone in my life on an intimate level; on a sexual, romantic, emotional level..."
She is magnificent. I am so captivated by her; her appearance, her way of speaking, her voice, and her opinions and beliefs. I love this series so much. They couldn't have done a better job choosing their participants, interviewing them, or putting these videos together. I just feel incredibly grateful to have these at my fingertips and at any moment.
Wow! I think I say this every single time... but I think this one is my favorite. She is such a beautiful, interesting, strong person. I loved the fact that she talked about looking unapproachable and having such a strong almost scary look to her, but then also talking about how emotional and sensitive of a person she is underneath that. I really identified with that.
It's scary how much I can relate to her....Especially when she says "I have fallen in love and I have had my heart broken. I allowed it, because I wanted to prove to myself that I could feel". It's like listening to myself talking years later
every time I watch your videos I just feel amazing after ...all the women are beautiful and you gives us the possibility to break the barrier of first impression and get to know these wonderful women ! I feel vulnerable when I discover them and its very humbling :) you guys are honestly amazing and its such a wonderful idea, you've taught me alit about the true meaning of beauty
Great work, great channel... Big up!! Only one thing sticks out - whenever the interviewers go "wow", "you're so beautiful" or whatever, it seems to undermine the whole thing in an unnecessary way. You should leave these personal compliments off camera, if I may be so bold. Stay neutral, it's much more powerful.
***** I think the fact that they are producing these videos in the first place shows their interest and curiosity towards the subjects brilliantly, rendering the on-camera flattery kind of unnecessary. Every one of them is beautiful in their own way anyway. I'd edit that stuff out... But then that's me. Not like it's "wrong" or anything.
I've cried and felt overwhelmed with joy and empathy with a lot of your videos. With this one I totally felt it was who was talking. I cant relate more to her, to her values, her sense of worth, the way she uses clothes and style, her perspective on life, on sex, on everything. Left me speechless.
I love that in each of these videos, there'd always be people who feel that finally, there's a figure out there in the world they can relate to. It's so important for people to know that they're not alone, never alone. But at the same time, I truly hope that it also reminds them that as much as this person resonates with you, there'd be others whose personalities bypass you completely. And that's alright too, because we're all different and difference, in WHATEVER form, shouldn't be seen as a negative thing. Love this series. :)
You always manage to capture something raw and real about the people you interview, and it's beautiful to watch. Thanks to you and to Stav B for another great video :)
SO inspiring to see someone with such a strong self, so unapologetically honest about being themselves and accepting it. I am grateful for this channel but particularly this interview i think is one of my faves. Thank you, Stav B you are brilliant.
This series is truly wonderful. I fully appreciate Stav B's perspective and outlook. We all have defenses, and those who own them are an inspiration to us all. For it is by knowing the self that we know the world.
She is one of the most beautiful beings I have ever had the privilege witnessing being vulnerable. I appreciate how she was willing to open herself up to a shift in her personal set of invisible rules like not ever removing her rings so that she could be part of this project. Because of her willingness to fully participate she has inspired many and will continue to inspire others for a long time to come for all who see this interview. As a queer woman who takes up space with my 6 ft, truly big boned, goddess shaped self I can say that I am not only inspired but also hopeful. With role models like Stave B. I know we will be able to help support the new generations in being true to themselves and shifting the mainstream mindset to what is truly important which is to Love Yourself so you can be open to being loved, accept love, being capable of expressing love and to project love. Thank you Beautiful Sister❤️
So grateful for this series. Every single time I get more. And I'm so grateful for you providing a space which showcases all women in society and what they have to communicate. I agree, the end q should be the the penultimate one.
I'm so glad I have found this channel. Through these women I am beginning to find my own strength and I feel untouchable. Thank you so much for yet another amazing interview
Why do people like this assume if you don't dress flamboyantly you're somehow afraid or less alive, or that you are impressed and challenged by people who do dress a particular way. Maybe we just have other things to do!
I know where you're coming from, but I think you didn't get the point... It is obvious that there's nothing wrong to dressing up "normally" (also, many artists wear plain clothes which are simple AF). The problem is that many people get influenced by the media and avoid trying new things because their subconscious tells them not to stand out, in every aspect of life! we live in a society based on competition, but those who stand out get mercilessly thrown away after their fame is gone. you can dress up in a non-flamboyant way, that's cool, but you don't need to follow the trend. trends and fashion must be an authentic choice, something that you personally and truly like.
She is so absolutely captivating, from the timbre in her voice, to the way she decides to present herself. I want to converese with her in a coffee shop somewhere.
I've watched this video over and over again since it first came out and I still find something else amazing that she says that just touches me in an indescribable way. She has truly painted my world with her words.

I need that jolt she has. Amazing, so much. "life- because its the only thing that exists before and after the material"
Stunning. Watching this again a year later and really appreciating it. I relate with Stav on so many levels, vulnerability, casual sex, being eternal, being energy, et al. Lots of love for this maverick
This is a brilliant series... just love getting a glimpse into the worlds of these artists- you not only select amazing subjects .. but also provide the environment for them to feel comfortable. Thank you for that.. this whole channel is performance art. Please keep it up!
“I used to think I was the strangest person in the world
but then I thought, there are so many people in the world, there must be someone just like me who feels bizarre and flawed in the same ways I do

love your answer ;)
Thank you for this quote :)
The moment she let her hair down, I felt like I was watching a beautiful flower blossom. In a way, I feel honored to witness such a majestic unfurling. What a stunning beauty.
Her aura aura changed
She is like a Tim Burton character, and that is a compliment!
i was thinking that the whole video xD
my new favourite metaphor: "i dont really believe in swimming pools". its like saying you don't believe in the fake or fabricated “beauty” in the world regardless of its utility or popularity - you prefer the ocean. hence why you dont believe in swimming pools. i dont really think she intended it to be interpreted that way but it carries such heavy connotation and its so BEAUTIFULLL. shes so inspiring!
This is such a great observation. What a lovely way to see it! Thank you for sharing

"I won't let people in unless I dissect them and cut them into pieces" this is so me
I totally related to that statement as well
“And to put them back together “ -very important part
oh i LOVED this one. what a cool interesting woman. powerful as hell. love love love
i thought i'd find you here :-)
When she put her hair down, I feel it was the most defining moment of the video I really felt an interaction, something she had full control and power on but invitating:she owns her body and knows how magical it is and she is not hysterical about it. That was such a strong moment. Its so refreshing and important to have strong women like this around
God we are all family we can’t help but move each other back into the place we never left

Sweet...good on you! :)
💖
Scrolling through the comments... Fancy seeing you here, sweetheart 🙊
+The Rook's Hollow OMG, heyyyy! How EPIC was this interview?!
incredibly epic! This whole series has been so inspiring.
Even the words "I don't really believe in swimming pools" was so metaphorical ugh this woman is magic
This series is incredible.
This is the closest we’ll ever get to a conversation with Frida Kahlo 🙌
This channel has made me realize that I have stifled me - the person I really am - an extrovert. No more, Belgium get ready
oo, Belgium - go! :)) Your country is nice, for me, big nature lover, I enjoy your landscape, don't even laugh - it's so cool, no extremes, mild, medium and beautiful! But sadly I got very little idea of people/Flams.
+V-A-D I laughed but thank you, Belgium is lovely
"The reason I have love is because I am love. Everything starts in the self. And if I don't have love within myself I cannot offer love, I cannot expect love, I cannot bring love out and I cannot receive it." I love this
her answers were so powerful this was so inspiring wow
I LOVE her accent! I could listen to her talk all day! Great video!
+Omara Oliver I'm really not sure, I always have a hard time pegging accents! lol
+eVaniwithaV 99% She's Greek =)
I remember first watching this when it came out as a 14 year old. I still love this interview to this day. I’m so glad I was able to find this again. What an amazing and inspiring person.
This resonates with me, I come back to this video once in a while. She is beautiful and intelligent. I love this video and her point of view
I had to watch this several times, this woman should have a podcast!
She has a youtube channel. She's a poet and performance artist.
+Velma Velvet what is her channel? I love her!
Gosh... I got goosebumps from watching this. From the way she began the video, strong, hard and fierce... And as she slowly undressed, I felt that she opened up a little more. Maybe even softened a little. She's so interesting.
This channel is probably the most important one.
This is still my favorite video. I'm very thankful to know people like Stav B exists. Even if I never meet someone like her, to know she exists gives me so much hope.

My favorite episode... She explains that everything makes sense because it doesn't. You just do it the best you can
It's just so touching
I've watched a few of these interviews but the way she was so closed off and the moment she took down her hair was so vulnerable and beautiful. This was really incredible.

A big thank you to Stav B for sharing of yourself. Thank you for letting us know you.
her style is amazing. her view of the world is also beautiful.
What a gem truly.
she is so powerful and charismatic. I am inspired
Amazing, thanks so much. I was off-put just by the air of rigidity in one moment, then she turned on her heel and chose to be flexible. She is so deep and light and creative and herself. Stunning and beautiful.
Everything word she says sounds like classic poetry. It's lovely.
This is my FAVORITE one so far...I can totally relate.

When she let down her hair it made me cry. What an amazing human being.
She is Greek.I can tell by the accent, because i'm Greek as well.
I thought she was Spanish at first
the anglo-greek accent is so beautiful. I had a professor from Greece and I was so captivated by how musical the lectures were. lol
+Red Rojas really? where are you from?
I was thinking the exact same thing! Her speech and voice remind me of Maria Solomou :-P
Great work, great channel... Big up!! Only one thing sticks out - whenever the interviewers go "wow", "you're so beautiful" or whatever, it seems to undermine the whole thing in an unnecessary way. Women are incredible beings... Bless up
Subscribed on this one. This kind of being is a walking treasure. The others were compelling but this one ….
I've cried and felt overwhelmed with joy and empathy with a lot of your videos. With this one I totally felt it was who was talking. I cant relate more to her, to her values, her sense of worth, the way she uses clothes and style, her perspective on life, on sex, on everything. Left me speechless.
this has literally been my favorite interview!!! she is a goddess omg
I've watched this 3 times, I love this woman. Absolute fucking fire of a woman😍
Wow. I feel speechless!!! This is truly an amazing human being! I hope that I one day will reach that level of awareness
You can feel the love she has for herself & it's inspiring. Perhaps I could do that. Amazing
I love that in each of these videos, there'd always be people who feel that finally, there's a figure out there in the world they can relate to. SO inspiring to see someone with such a strong self, so unapologetically honest about being themselves and accepting it. I am grateful for this channel but particularly this interview i think is one of my faves. Thank you, Stav B you are brilliant.
She sort of reminds me of Frida Kahlo, in a way (maybe because of the eyebrows!).
+Sainte Ann GUURRRL YOU LITERALLY TOOK THE WORDS OUTTA MY MOUTH. COULDN'T AGREE MORE. WAS THINKING THE SAME THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE THING
thats what I thought!!! :))
She reminds me of Frida Kahlo as well; both the real person, and Salma Hayack's portrayal of her.
St. Ann THATS WHAT I THOUGHT
St. Ann She also has that air of this is me and accept it as Frida
one of the strongest interviews I've seen, she embodied every question so beautifully.
Very moving.
She's just got my heart and my entire life so touched.
LOVED every minute. Just an amazing personality. could listen to her talk for hours...
this is honestly one of the most inspiring videos i`ve ever seen

this was by far the best video of this series, i'm so inspired by this woman and everything she said, wow, thankyou for letting us in
I love this woman ! What an inspirational woman . Beautiful inside and out 🙌🏾
So grateful for this series. Every single time I get more. And I'm so grateful for you providing a space which showcases all women in society and what they have to communicate. I agree, the end q should be the the penultimate one.
so wise and beautiful. The inside of her is like an old castle full of life.
I'm so glad I have found this channel. Through these women I am beginning to find my own strength and I feel untouchable. Thank you so much for yet another amazing interview
The best personal reflection and insight on life that I've heard thus far
I love how straight forwards and open this women is! Loved hearing her wise words!
I felt this in my heart and spirit, so many wonderful things that has left me with, goosebumps when you took your hair out, incredible, thank you 💓
Wow i loved hearing her talk.. I got goosebumps all over.. I really conected with what she said!! Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
Why do people like this assume if you don't dress flamboyantly you're somehow afraid or less alive, or that you are impressed and challenged by people who do dress a particular way. Maybe we just have other things to do!
Vegan Dancer lol

Elena Beatrice Martinelli I get what you mean... but it comes across as patronising and elitist.
+Sam G i know...
energy is forever. YES. I love this womans voice. her delivery. her message. her spirit. Omg. everything she said is everything I think and feel. 🌹
This is one of my most favorites interviews. So much truth and insight. So much self awareness.
She is so absolutely captivating, from the timbre in her voice, to the way she decides to present herself. I want to converese with her in a coffee shop somewhere.
I am back here six years later. And I still cried my eyes out. ❤️ This one makes me love myself more.
Wow I had chills and almost cried . She's beautiful, she needs to write or talk about her life somehow . She is so amazing
this is one beautiful interview i really really loved this. her thoughts are truly empowering and eye-opening. thank you so much for making this.
I've watched this video over and over again since it first came out and I still find something else amazing that she says that just touches me in an indescribable way. She has truly painted my world with her words.
you, the most wonderful woman I've ever seen. You, a piece of art and a brave heart. You've got the mind and strength everyone must have.
This is a pure art, performance monologue, so impressed of her!
This one hit me so close to my heart, she expresses herself in such a raw and unstructured form. I really feel it is as if its my inner self speaking through her, it's all out inner selfs , the voice we put on mute to for various reason in our life. It is very rare to be able to see life without all the foggy bullshit, I really hope I could reach that point of enlightenment in my life soon, I am going through such a hard time right now. I need that jolt she has. Amazing, so much.
"life- because its the only thing that exists before and after the material"
"I don't care about how much money people have. I do care about how "rich" they are." WOW, that's a perfect saying right there.
Wowwwww, love this, i can relate to a lot of things that she said.
She is one of the few people who actually understands "style" on this channel IMO
Stunning. Watching this again a year later and really appreciating it. I relate with Stav on so many levels, vulnerability, casual sex, being eternal, being energy, et al. Lots of love for this maverick
I love her expressiveness. So animated and interesting.
This is a brilliant series... just love getting a glimpse into the worlds of these artists- you not only select amazing subjects .. but also provide the environment for them to feel comfortable. Thank you for that.. this whole channel is performance art. Please keep it up!
Eli H., happy you like it, thanks for watching!
I love everything she says , it’s so clear and strong and I am quite inspired by her boldness ..
love stav.. amazing woman
I've watched so many of these. and she is my favorite 💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟
Yes, the world does shine, and you in it. Remarkable spirit.
incredible. This channel makes my day. It truly shows that every. single. person. is utterly UNIQUE no matter how similar some people are :)
i've seen so many of these videos and this has to be one of my favorite pieces , beautiful
My favorite interview thus far. She's awesome.
This is so beautiful. Empowering & inspiring 💖
