How To Solve- org.testng.TestNGException: TestNG by default disables loading DTD from unsecured Urls

Many people are facing issue because of the TestNG version and its compatibility issues.
Here is the error log looks like
org.testng.TestNGException:
TestNG by default disables loading DTD from unsecured Urls. If you need to explicitly load the DTD from a http url, please do so by using the JVM argument [-Dtestng.dtd.http=true]

Hi, Mukesh.
I am still facing the same issue, I have tried to resolve it with diff options
Option 1: Change the TestNG version in POM.xml
Option 2: Set the [Dtestng.dtd.http=true] arg into JVM args in Preference>> TestNG>> Run/Debug.
But facing the same issue, can we please provide any solution.

Getting "org.testng.TestNGException:An error occurred while instantiating class" message when tried to run the program, actually this is an inconsistent error sir initially script was working, after several runs will get this error and if we try running the same script the next day it works fine, facing this from past two days using 7.3.0 testng version and plugin version is also 7.3.0 any suggestions for this

This issue come mostly when project is not configured properly or corrupted. Please update the project to fix this issue.

at java.base/java.io.FileInputStream.open0(Native Method). My chromedriver is in that directory.

@@Mukeshotwani thanks but I don't need that I was able to get chromedriver to work by putting it in my project dir, but all the arguments are also not found because it's putting the project path in front of them. I don't know why Eclipse is doing this.
