Mr. Edwin just smart. Period. Man could sale hit and surpass targets. I saw it. At that time mentor said best CEOs have had a stint in Sales, Customer experience and finance. He really, surely went for it.
Kingori--- YOU ARE ASKING BRILLIANT questions to JABA responses, these are just talks&talks--- The young man Edu got his stability from the good pay he had for 15yrs, the rest are just normal streets stories & he is slightly lucky to have ventured to a some business that earn something kiasi. Remember property business hua ni grey ground with no control where those plying that stage dupe the unknowing emotive clients(e.g. how do you explain buying a plot or a house at 500k and after 1 year you sell it at 1.5million---kunyaganyana ndio hua mob in that field) But EDU you are an inspiration kwamba mtu akijituma , matunda yapo. My small observation over time is , all businesses are good wafanyikazi ndio hua a let down.
bro wewe unaona story za jaba sisi tunaona points. Choose your poison wisely at the end of the day no one is perfect take the positives are bury the negatives
Good pple....some of us need to slow down on Eddie. Take for example your primary / secondary school teacher. Possibly he/she taught you and you are now more qualified than him to a Dr, prof level etc! Get the insights and positives from Eddie that can help catapult you in your endeavours buddies. Even a pastor can train you and end up becoming a bishop elsewhere before him. Grap what's beneficial to you and run away with it! Let's reduce that negative energy that many of us Africans have 🤷.
Good sweet talking marketer. This guy can sell anything. But at 29 I have come to learn the sweeter and the more detailing the story is there is a thin line of untapped happenings you dont know about the persons character. But I can tell he will make money on his real estate Co. I also loved the fact that he is streets smart with knowledge and experience.

Yes indeed....people lost a lot of money in the greenhouses project with Diamond properties merchants where the guest was a marketer...not only was the project a scam, people are also trying to regain their plots through courts.... Never, got the title deeds and there is still a lot of back and forth with the banks, the courts etc just a lot of mess they got investors into... Cant even waste my time listening to whatever he has to say....
Edwin Kang’ara’s perspective on managing financial risks in our current economy is insightful, but it does leave out some important nuances. While he emphasizes disciplined spending and the dangers of over-relying on loans, he doesn’t fully address the systemic challenges that make high-interest borrowing almost unavoidable for many Kenyans. Not everyone has the flexibility to diversify income streams or take calculated risks, especially in a market where opportunities can be scarce and competition high. Additionally, while his push for adaptability is relevant, it assumes a level of access and capital that isn’t available to everyone. Acknowledging these barriers would make his advice more grounded for a wider audience. I've watched the whole episode, there is much to take home though.
A lot of negative comments but listen with an open mind look at the opportunities which anasema some of which we don't know ever existed. Their is a lot to learn.
