Main parts for this Chrome compressor OS build was the following:
Cockatrice - better scan and crit chance
Kerenzikov - slows time
Reflex Tuner - slows time when health below 25%
Immovable force - less recoil and bullet spread
Para Bellum - Beefy Armor.
Reinforced Tendons - Double jump and dash
I forgot about the rest but it was focus around stealth and less recoil. The skill tree is pretty much the same stealth focus around reflex and cool with a little bit of tech and body (enough to get all the required cyberware).
