This game is so much fun guys, if yall played Flatout 2 on Ps2 back then this is a must buy.
One of my favorite games ever and I’ve been waiting 6 years to play this game and it doesn’t disappoint. The long load times are getting annoying though

Never played that one. I played a lot of Test Drive during the PS1 days though. Test Drive 4 and 5. Test Drive Off Road 2. Great racing games.
Was playing this until 6 this morning.. beautiful game in every way. Seriously one of my favorites of all time already. The 5 year wait was so worth it. 🤘🏼

...while I loved Destruction Derby when it was around, Wreckfest is the spiritual successor to the FlatOut games, not DD. Same developer (BugBear) and everything.
We can only hope that the other car combat IP’s aren’t doomed to a future of gathering dust (Destruction Derby, Twisted Metal, FlatOut, Burnout, Split/Second, etc). I guess Burnout also got a spiritual successor at least.
More like the FlatOut 3/4 what we really wanted.

Eka Frendy Irawan THQ Nordic was formed in 2011 so it was probably just THQ or some other subsidiary of theirs.
THQ was the original, but they couldn't keep the funding and such, so Nordic merged with them. Which is also why we have Darksiders 3.

@@darthvaderthegamecat That's honestly what this whole game is pretty much centered around. Destruction derby's with amazing physics, or races where there's plenty of chances to drive super aggressive and reduce each other to pure scrap metal.
