La decisione di essere un imprenditore, di essere indipendente e di viaggiare per il mondo è molto spaventosa per la maggior parte degli esseri umani. Non per la nostra ospite d'oggi. Fa tutto e va avanti con un sorriso enorme.
Ci racconta il suo viaggio, nata negli Stati Uniti, residente in Portogallo, adesso allenando e creando reti da Imprenditrice in Italia. E non possiamo dimenticare che grazie al mentoring ed alla Community THE BREAK FELLOWSHIP in Spagna, che ci ha collegato, abbiamo potuto condividere questo momento e tante idee ed interessi.
La sfida di vivere in un paese ed una cultura nuovi ti fa elaborare informazioni, risolvere situazioni e adattarti in modo diverso, anche se - rischiamo di dirlo - è un processo del tutto soggettivo, impossibile da schematizzare e generalizzare. Nel suo caso, il trasferimento in Europa l'ha spinta ad adattare il suo percorso professionale e trasformarlo in un'azienda che offre servizi ad altre micro e macro aziende.
Parla dell'importanza che le comunità e le reti, per crescere e accompagnarsi a vicenda quando si è un essere d'affari o un imprenditore. Idee, collaborazioni, scambi, dei bisogni nei processi di sviluppo produttivo, tecnologico, importantissimo imprenditoriale, e inevitabilmente, personale. The decision to be an entrepreneur, to be independent and to travel the world is very scary for most human beings. Not for our guest of today. She does it all and carries on with a huge smile.
She tells us about her journey, born in the United States, living in Portugal, now coaching and networking as an Entrepreneur in Italy. And we cannot forget that thanks to the mentoring and community of THE BREAK FELLOWSHIP in Spain, which connected us, we were able to share this moment and many ideas and interests.
The challenge of living in a new country and culture makes you process information, resolve situations and adapt differently, even if - we risk saying it - it is a completely subjective process, impossible to schematize and generalize. In her case, the move to Europe pushed her to adapt her career path and transform it into a company that offers services to other micro and macro companies.
Talk about the importance of communities and networks, to grow and accompany each other when you are a business person or a solo-entrepreneur. Ideas, collaborations, exchanges, needs in the processes of productive, technological, - very important - entrepreneurial, and inevitably, personal development.
