I've watched the setups of your events and they have all been very beautiful and elegant, even the kids parties so whatever you charge is worth it. You may be an over thinker when it comes to your events but that just shows that you're thoughtful and you want to see your clients satisfied with executing a great party and your inventory is wonderful! Wow Thomas! Everytime I see your storage it blows me away with the amount of items. Thank you for the guidelines for preparing for an event. Like the idea of not giving a final price until a downpayment is made, as some potential clients don't commit. Yes it's better to wash all table linens you carry to an event, whether they were used or not before returning to storage. It eliminates any doubt of whether it's clean.
I am starting to get some coloured table linens now, have the basic white. I am up to 4 storage bins😂, getting there slowly but surely.
I started off with all white and did all my events with that as my base color! ❤️ I love that for you! 😁 thank you!

This helped me out a lot! My storage is a mess rn but I am hopeful that it won’t be that way always! Lol Storing as we breakdown was my biggest takeaway…along with not letting inventory pile up in the truck 😬…it will save so much time and energy. Thanks. You guys do amazing work! Have a great day!

Thanks for doing this video! I’m just starting out and I don’t charge much for an event. With you saying that’s something you did help me because people are telling me I should be charging more. I was telling them that’s how you get clientele, advertisement and experience.
Yes! I publicized my “cheap” rates on Facebook and had some event coordinators reach out saying I was undercharging. Of course I knew I was but the gain from each event was clientele and inventory. I thought of it as an investment into my own business and to God be the glory it’s paying off.

I decided to put mine in a small carry-on suitcase so that I can roll them around LOL. I appreciate the knowledge sharing and the tips on breaking down your events!! Keep them coming 👍🏾

Awww! Thank you. I bought the chargers you see from Dollar Tree and most of my napkins come from Amazon I just look for what color I need and buy them in bulk.
Got the laundry baskets for the chargers. They came from Target and was $4 ea on sale. Tfs!!

Thank you! I would do small events here and there and post them on social media and people would reach out to me to do their events and it snowballed from there.

Hi QueenSaint, I don’t know if it works for you and depending on the heat levels, I wrap every 12 chargers in saran wrap after I clean them. I have to do that because I’m not a business but I have a big family. We have holidays for some of us but could be a barbecue, birthday, graduation, engagement, wedding for 75 to 250.

Does linen have to be professionally washed or reg home machines is ok? When you’re buying chargers, how many do you start with? I love long videos. Last question sorry. Do you fill up dessert table, like gum balls, cupcakes candy table, etc? I love your balloons arches. I would love to see you use flowers with the balloons too. Or maybe you already do that, and I just haven’t seen it yet.
I use to have my linen dry cleaned but it had become expensive so I wash them at home and dry two table cloths at the time to keep the wrinkles down. When buying my chargers I started with 50 and worked my way up with each color. Overtime I’ve just accumulated so many of them. For the desert and candy tables I don’t provide anything edible but if a client wants me to stage the treats or asks if I have containers or display stands I’ll bring them. I’ve used flowers with my balloons in one of my most recent balloon videos and I’ve used them for a butterfly themed baby shower as well.

I have a time taking care of that linen how would I do that especially tablecloths big problem to me😢
I just wash and dry them as normal and fold them right out of the dryer. It’s easier to get out fold lines than wrinkles everywhere. I also have a steamer now and that helps

How do you store your ballons?
I don’t normally keep a lot of balloons on hand. The ones I have are extras so I just keep them in my event prep bags
