2:50- 4:20 hmm logical (sums up amazingly at 4:22)
6:45 " The largest employer of the world is inefficiency"
    21:30 - 21:50 so true🥺
22:06 interesting view point (can be the reason on why india lacks financial literacy)
3 mental models he referred to
    - maintain a journal of all your decisions and find write whether it turned out to be correct or not
    - understand the value of your time. TIME is much more valuable than money
-surround yourself with people who have constantly made right decisions. It may be physically or by indulging yourself into his thoughts and conversations.
33:10 try not having favourites they limit you !.
    2 advices
    - Don't be proud of your past achievements and don't be anxious of what you can achieve in the future ( I hope I can follow this well🤞🤞)
-Try to do good to the people around you.It makes you happy (as a person who doesn't know or believe much in concept of happiness I feel this thing does nothing than to distract you from your sad state for a short period of time. So go on you'll feel better : ) )
End - " All badges are prisons people give you to stay in" same thinking :)

    My takeaways :
    1) During the crisis people' s risk taking ability goes up (this explain the rise of people's interest in risky instruments such as equity and stocks and cryptos). In 1918, followed by Spanish flu were the roaring 20s followed by the Great Depression
    2) Inefficiency is the largest employer in the world. As we become more efficient, the number of people required to do the work goes down.
    3) Indian needs to increase it women workforce participation. Only 6% of urban Indian women have their independent financial income. We need to increase it. No great country is able to become developed without enough women workforce participation except few Arab countries (as they have oil).
    4) Becoming financially literate is very important. Learn about inflation, learn about compounding etc. There is new caste system in the world, first are the people who are financially literate and others who aren't. It is going to cause more damange than any caste system ever did.
    4) Parents should learn new things from RUclips and teach it to kids.
    5) Mental models :
    i) Being around people who are very good at making decisions
ii) Knowing the hourly value of your time
iii) Decisions journalling : Whatever decision you take, note it down and revisit back whether that decision has turned out to be right or not.

I think you should add 'thought leader' to 'investor, entrepreneur' next time you introduce him because his words always challange your current beliefs and make you think deeply about things you take for granted.

He is the most unhappiest man
Becoz whenever he meets people may it be in his family ,he feels they are dumb and they are not curious like him or they delete watsapp photos sitting in plane or they don't know how money works etc..
He cannot engage himself with them
May it be family functions, festivals etc
He misses the fun , happy moments unlike us
Drawback of having growth mindset 😊

Which he believes that it'll take a lifetime... Which means he'll be happy and excited throughout his life.v

I think government should introduce a scheme where women get 10% extra pension one their actual salary. I think then, the family(spouse,in-laws) takes women seriously give support and let them work in peace and dignity. Also this scheme should have a time period.

When the host says he "completely agree with Kunal on the financial literacy based caste system would be worst than real caste system (Kunal said with good intent), what both (probably subconsciously) don't realize is that both of them are from upper/privilege backgrounds and will never understand the dignity-less life marginalized communities in India live their and their struggles.
