Sir normal holes mein long drill bits mein 14 mm chalta hai ya 16mm.. Wall ke pass through holes mein.. Kind of pilot hole
Using proper tool is most important lest one is interested in getting injured or damaging the product he/she is installing. A pipe wrench can't be a substitute to a hammer !

@@smartdiyer Thanks , I used 0.5 mm thick metal sheet but have loads of cats on my roof 15-20 , and they tend to jump and bend the roof. Had used J hooks but it started leaking in the rains. Thanks again waiting for your video.
I say jhook is better. Please use mseal. That is what most people use.
When you use self screw, it takes more hardware and lot of work.

Very bad habit. The basic principle of good workshop practice is to use appropriate tools for a specific job. It is very bad practice to use a pipe wrench to hammer a nail into wall. You may do it in emergency situation but definitely not for an instructional video which is meant to educate people.
