Maybe the girl is hiding from the bad guys and hoping the guy, who is actively fighting them, comes back She also mentions Arcadia, which makes me think The Arcadium is also part of the lore (maybe the city where Unity and Rule The World take place) It also has a few notes similar to The Storm near the end.
Arcadia was destroyed by the Covenant. The city when Unity and Rule the world happens are different places. Also, New Arcadia was anihilated by Doom Demons and Demon Corps in the 5 Years War. PD: She is hidding until Kas'wah (The celestial rat) calls her again to the war and fight at side of the Legions (Arcadiums).
