What’s so sad about hearing Jerry Briscoe say that for me anyway is that it’s not like Jerry spent even half his career in the WWF when he was a wrestler. He was in NWA guy. After everything Vince McMahon and people like Kevin Dunn and Bruce Prichard have said about Southern wrestling/the NWA/WCW, how they pretty much mocked every place that made him a legend and then for him to even act like Vince McMahon is responsible for wrestling it’s just sad. Never thought this would happen. Most thought he would only leave when he died and can you blame them? Vince survived so many sex scandals, covering up for murderers, he was the target of a big steroid scandal by the us government that was trying to pressure all sports using pro wrestling as a easier target. I didn't expect him to retire on his own, I expected him to be dragged kicking and screaming along the way down. I do hope it improves wwe. I fully expect stephanie and triple h would do massive changes over time while nick khan focuses more on the business side. It'll take months if not a whole year to really get everything in place but I'm excited. I really enjoyed triple h's nxt which was very simple storylines that you tried to do long term rivalries. I think triple H will be the final answer for most story decisions and I expect there being the leader of each show's creative while probably having others joining them as a committee type. So yeah triple h oversees everything but doesn't have to focus on everyone and everything. I expect paul heymen will take over one of the shows. Being creative for raw, smackdown, and nxt will be a lot for one person and paul heyman is right there. Maybe have jeff jarret helping with nxt with nxt not needing the biggest focus and jarret was good at giving the x division and knockouts attention, I didn't like his focus on wrestlers out of their prime for the main event but I think jarret can do well with a group of creatives helping. WWE is going to change and I expect it to become a better show once the changes start rolling. Also for vince oh worse things are going come out. I wouldn't be surprised if things with people like ashley massraso's case being revealed more and it being even worse than we worried about.
Gabe is also a protege of Cornette. I’m not saying Cornette would ever consider that schedule. But that’s the smartest guy alive in terms of wrestling.
Remember when Vinnie Mac Had that Angle with Shane where he had a lock box.Damm makes you wonder🤔💬 if the contents in it were really his payoffs and non disclosures and it was an inside joke on his part 🤣🤣🤣😎 .
HHH should have been named ceo although I don’t even know if he could work it with his precious heart condition. I don’t like how hhh got to power but with nxt he proved he could run a good wrestling company. At least creatively. Anyway as for Vince this was a long time coming. It’s insane it took this long, after so much history of people talking and telling stories of Vince shady behavior it’s insane that he’s only now facing the consequences of his shady actions at 77.
@@christophermarriott1681 Can't show experience in doing anything else if you're not given the ball to show more of what you can do. But he has shown he can do a lot more. He's wrote, produced and contributed segments since the 90s. Mediated heat Vince had with former talents to bring them in for the HOF, etc.
The social media thing is so true all these people are convinced everything is a work. Hogan always talks about "working yourself into a shoot brother, brother" these dunces are shooting themselves into a work
I hate to say this and I'm probably wrong, and I hope I am. I get a feeling Ashley Massaro was one of those women he paid off and fired. She has never been brought back to the company after her first run and even during the women's revolution they didn't bring her back. Then she passes away which was supposedly a suicide unless I was misinformed. Something is just so suspicious about her and that company and there is more she did not tell before she died. I feel like Vince might have had something to do with her mental health deterioration. It's just a hunch on my part. Does not mean I'm right.
I'd argue that Vince was never all that creative. Hulk Hogan existed before Terry Bollea worked with him. WrestleMania was another Starrcade. The Royal Rumnle was Pat Patterson. The Elimination Chamber was Triple H. Vince gave us Dusty in polka dots, Duke the Dumpster Droese, and the Gobbledygooker.
I like the fact how Vince exploited women make his company a household name in the Attitude Era is the same reason he was forced to retire because of him exploiting women. Good riddance Vince.
BRO! Bro! I know the man who is a certified genius, bro. He wrote the attitude era, Bro! (Starts laughing) I'm sorry. I can't even do this Russo joke without laughing.
Just knowing the mind fuckery that caused vince to have Wrestlemania be too big of a name to change it when he suddenly shifted to not liking “Wrestling” or whatever. 😅 what a coincidence in timing huh ? 😉😉 Well. Thank you Vince. I wish you the best in your future endeavors
Stephanie being CEO of WWE is exactly like Jeanie Buss being CEO of the Lakers. Stephanie is in charge but has HHH run the show and Jeanie at the time had Magic Johnson running the show.
Vince was smart to pull a Richard Nixon and resigned since his inner circle was ready to abandon him. I do think there will be more dirt that’ll come out of Vince that’s gonna be damaging
No matter how much I wouldn't mind them just cleaning out all of Vince's guys, and doing a hard reset, I know that isn't happening. It will be a slow transition. And so, I will continue to do like I've done for the past 5 years, skip the weekly shows, and catch the reviews on RUclips. Pretty much keep my ears open, and when it sounds like the product is indeed improving, then I'll consider watching it again.
I hope for positive changes out of this. But I am sceptical with Stephanie and HHH in power because of their egos. Particularly Stephanie who is really protective of her brand. Slapping talents without any comeuppances. And being branded as the trail brazer behind the Women’s Revolution
When you understand that the Mr McMahon character is no different from the Vincent Kennedy McMahon real person, you get a grip on who he is and why nobody is gonna miss him
I hope these incoming articles and coverage on this implicate Stephanie too. She must've known of A LOT of stuff that went down. Need Nick Khan to bring the entire family down

The best way to describe Vince’s legacy: you either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
But Vince was ALWAYS the villain...
@@PrimeofPerfection I never saw him as a villain on screen.
and now as of 7/25 HHH is now head of creative
I forgot this channel existed
If XFL 3.0 is a success, I could see Dwayne buying, but I don’t see a sale happening until around WrestleMania XL
And the day after this was posted HHH was named Head of WWE Creative
VINCE RUSSO needs to be head writer again 😏
Bro Yes Bro.
This has to be a the best year in wrestling.
the fact that a mcmahon is still on top there, gives me the feeling that Vince will still have hear ear.
77 years old? "Wait a minute! That's not fair!"- Vince
Stephanie getting payback 19 years later after that I Quit match vs Vince where Linda actually threw in the towel for her.
HAHA! I remember that match. No Mercy 2003 was it?
@@metamofia Absolutely in Baltimore, 10 days before the real nuptials.
Remember when Vinnie Mac Had that Angle with Shane where he had a lock box.Damm makes you wonder🤔💬 if the contents in it were really his payoffs and non disclosures and it was an inside joke on his part 🤣🤣🤣😎 .
I'm fired up that H is fired up. Come on with it baby
Come on HHH, let's see what you've got.
These past two years are going to make for an epic Aaron Sorkin movie.
He got his own music producing team CFO$ opposite Jim Johnston for Vince. He got billion dollar deals done with Fox. The entire Performance Center and reconstruction of the previous 2010 NXT format. He's wrote, produced and contributed segments since the 90s. Mediated heat Vince had with former talents to bring them in for the HOF, etc.
This didn’t age well 😬 damn.
All the commentary on Brock and Vince makes a hell of a lot more sense given what we've found out in recent weeks.
The social media thing is so true all these people are convinced everything is a work. Hogan always talks about "working yourself into a shoot brother, brother" these dunces are shooting themselves into a work
"Bret Hart, my friend, do not confuse *destruction with expansion.* The Kliq rules this business!" HBK, 1997
🤘🏽😌🤘🏽😌🤘🏽😌🤘🏽😌🤘🏽😌
I hate to say this and I'm probably wrong, and I hope I am. I get a feeling Ashley Massaro was one of those women he paid off and fired. She has never been brought back to the company after her first run and even during the women's revolution they didn't bring her back. Then she passes away which was supposedly a suicide unless I was misinformed. Something is just so suspicious about her and that company and there is more she did not tell before she died. I feel like Vince might have had something to do with her mental health deterioration. It's just a hunch on my part. Does not mean I'm right.
Shout out Solomonster for that Succession mention 😂😂😂
I'd argue that Vince was never all that creative. Hulk Hogan existed before Terry Bollea worked with him. WrestleMania was another Starrcade. The Royal Rumnle was Pat Patterson. The Elimination Chamber was Triple H. Vince gave us Dusty in polka dots, Duke the Dumpster Droese, and the Gobbledygooker.
He was a good corporative, but not creative
about time
I don't like Triple H at all. But if he ends up doing good, then I will be very happy for the WWE.
I don’t believe Vince is fully retiring. He still will be in control.
Nick Kahn has usurped the dragon king Vince McMahon to become ruler of the wwe realm all hail Emperor Nick Kahn.
I like the fact how Vince exploited women make his company a household name in the Attitude Era is the same reason he was forced to retire because of him exploiting women. Good riddance Vince.
Or it wasn’t exploitation and the relationships were consensual.
@@alejandromelendez1609 When you're in a position of power and with an "independent contractor" who works for you, it's not very consensual...
Whoever gets caught squealing about a NDA they signed is going to be crying in the end.
BRO! Bro!
I know the man who is a certified genius, bro. He wrote the attitude era, Bro!
(Starts laughing)
I'm sorry. I can't even do this Russo joke without laughing.
I love that "Life sucks promo."
"Sole CEO-ship on a Pole" match between Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan. Book it, WWE!
Just knowing the mind fuckery that caused vince to have Wrestlemania be too big of a name to change it when he suddenly shifted to not liking “Wrestling” or whatever. 😅
what a coincidence in timing huh ? 😉😉
Well. Thank you Vince. I wish you the best in your future endeavors
Triple H literally just became the King of Kings.
I'm waiting for Bruce Pritchard to try and fight a power struggle with Trips and Steph
He will. His tag partner is Dunn.
Regardless, he's the greatest promoter of all time
What will be the name of this era?
@@dk9695 new creative era? Or would that be after post Vince era?
I hope for positive changes out of this.
But I am sceptical with Stephanie and HHH in power because of their egos.
Particularly Stephanie who is really protective of her brand. Slapping talents without any comeuppances. And being branded as the trail brazer behind the Women’s Revolution
When you understand that the Mr McMahon character is no different from the Vincent Kennedy McMahon real person, you get a grip on who he is and why nobody is gonna miss him
I hope these incoming articles and coverage on this implicate Stephanie too. She must've known of A LOT of stuff that went down. Need Nick Khan to bring the entire family down
Vince creates a new wrestling promotion lol
Thank You Vince!
Wrestling will NEVER be the same again. WWE won’t be the same going forward, good bad or indifferent they just lost the guiding light of the company. Let’s see if it stays the same, if it excels, or dies out
