That SS is in really nice condition. I have two Blue Streaks and one Silver. BTW, you would find pumping MUCH easier if your right hand was just behind the rear sight, bringing your two hands closer together. I seldom use more than five pumps--usually 3-4 pumps for targets and plinking.
Very nice gun. They bring back lots of memories. I always wanted one, but they were too high end for our family budget when I was a kid, so it was a Daisy for me. Fast forward many years, when Grandpa passed away, I ended up with his and his brothers, including one box. Both were heavily used and have some homemade replacement parts, but still shoot. Do you know of anyone that restores these guns? I'd like to get the toughest of mine restored and keep the other original.
Thanks for sharing. That is a fine rifle, indeed. I have a 1967 Blue Streak and love it; I hunt squirrels with it. I also have another vintage air rifle, a 1977 Benjamin Model 342 .22cal.
Benjamin and Sheridan rifles are some of the finest airguns ever made IMHO. They are accurate have enough power for squirrel, rabbit, rockchuck or any other smaller game. They will very seldom let you down. Very dependable.
I picked a blue streak up at a pawn shop for 15$. They tried to tell me that the .20 caliber pellets were no longer available! Win for me. It's my favorite pellet rifle.
i dont no if i got it , .in the text under vid but the windage is adjustable , l ,if you want the shot to the right turn left screw loose a little anti clock wise, and turn right screw in clockwise
There was a Japanese company called either Sharp or Sharpes unconnected to the famous electric company I think that made copies of these guns and I had one. They were in .177,.22 and .25 but no .20 like the Sheridan! Fairly powerful but the hard work of pumping!
Sharp manufactured the very popular sharp innova sharp ace sharp victory and sharp pan target all completely and utterly different to the Sheridan s and Benjamin pump ups, different as chalk and cheese
Outstanding rifle…..looks like it shoots pretty hard……very nice
Thanks friend
I love my Silver Streak, One of my favorite air guns!

I recently rebuilt my grandfather's model B that he bought in 1958. 😊 It is a real peach.

If any pumper has enough power and class to go up against a Diana break barrel , it is a Sheridan !
Sheridan is one of the best airguns ever made. IMHO
Very pretty early model Silver Streak you don't find them that nice very often 😊

Nice , I have two of them ( Silver Streaks ) . My has the tang safety .
Nice it’s a beauty 🇳🇱😉👍
I have the same air rifle and was wondering if it's self cocking or needs to be cocked prior to pumping?
You pump it no more than eight times. Cock the gun insert pellet. Close breach and it's ready to shoot.
Even way back then, they didn't bother to match the two pieces of wood.
Do you know where I can get my air rifle repaired, mine doesn’t hold any air I have that exact one
