Qual (which): used when you have to choose from a limited number of options. It's usually followed by the verb "ser":
Qual é o teu carro? (Which - of these - is your car?)
Que (what): more generic, used when the answer can be any number of things.
Que música é esta? (What's this song?)

Eu não sei se fosse você quem fez aquele video legendado com Ronaldo, mas sinceramente seria melhor se tívessemos mais desse tipo de video porque é mais advanced

É melhor para quem é mais avançado, mas não tão bom para quem não é. :)
Esse tipo de vídeo tem o problema adicional dos direitos de autor. É muito difícil arranjar material que se possa usar. No caso do vídeo com o Ronaldo, tive autorização da Federação de Futebol.
