I’m sorry but that’s a pretty ignorant comment. Everybody doesn’t react the same and a lot of these people are in shock that they got these blessings. What do you expect everybody to do jump up and down and cry?

They don't need to cry or scream, but a smile, a thank you, opening the front door more than 3", a sense of relief, a sense of humility - an ounce of human emotion would be great (thankfulness, at the very least). If they don't want to show human emotion on video, fine...send a follow up human thank you email to the station so it can be read to secret santa at least.

If I were given thousands of $$$, a new car, gift cards, rent pd for 1yr, free items like heating/washers/dryers, etc, I would be so incredibly joyful. Sure some of these people are shocked, but come on, no emotion - no thanks? I've never seen so many cars given away w/ such lackadaisical reactions. I love secret santa & always look forward to these videos, but it feels like 2023 left too many people feeling like such an act of kindness is no big deal & that's sad. They don't have to freak out & cry, but they sure don't have to act like it's an imposition to show human emotion & gratitude.
