The program provided tailored mentorship experiences to female techies at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, offering guidance and expertise in diverse areas in decentralization such as Blockchain Development, Decentralized Finance, Web3 Developer Relations, Web3 Open Source, Web3 Design, and Web3 Management.
