I’ve always thought baraka was not hype at all and pretty lame which is why I can’t believe that he was in my eyes the goat of this trailer. He’s never been this cool and his gameplay has never been this cool either. I definitely am gonna be trying him out.
I was still surprised they showed a female chameleon even if she’s just a cameo fighter that was 🤯 definitely can’t wait for the story mode now

Khameleon looks amazing in the trailer we got. Everyone does! This is such a great trailer. Li Mei, Tanya, Baraka, Darrius, as well as the DLC but Ermac needs to be redesigned ASAP.

Li Mei welcome surprise from the 3D era and retaining some of her key moves of flip kicks, lunging knee and punches and in general upgrading purple ki to incorporate dragons. Design wise is good taking more inspiration from her MKX design rather than the 3D era. Tanya's animations look good keeping her cannon drill but opting for a collapsible bo-staff over tonfas, design redesign is good and compared to the previously shown characters being really young these 2 repping the older side.
Baraka looks sick and new Tarka disease gives him a new more sympathetic story and loving the Kameo reveals of Khameleon and Darrius, especially the latter who I hope has his stupid body art fatality.
Honestly must say thank you for believing in Baraka just wish Sonya and Nightwolf was playable
