I really ❤️ this home 🏡..floor plan flow lower/upper level wash room, separate living, dining...the kitchen sold me huge, add extra cabinets..bonus ..I ❤️ it ..watched 3xs sandstone brick 🧱❤️
I liked the master bathroom and the huge walk in closet (little room), the deck and the backyard was gorgeous. The rest of the house was bland, nothing really stood out other than the see thru doors

The layout of this home is unique. Not sure I like the gathering room - not standard in homes in the south is it? I live in AL and never really seen one so cutoff from the kitchen. I live this home though and I’m obsessed with the kitchen!
Laurie, the home actually has 2 gathering rooms. The primary gathering room/family room is in the open space with the kitchen where the 2 built-in shelves are.
I like the home's. Plus I like the song you use. Make watching it enjoyable..

Coco, there are some areas of Metro Atlanta that are known to be more expensive to buy a home and East Cobb is one of those areas.
@@AtlantaHomesforSale I fully understand that.. I was saying I wouldn't buy it for that price I can get bigger and better.. I live in New Jersey there are plenty beautiful big homes here at that price and cheaper.. it's a nice house though.

@@cocobrown5487 you won't necessarily get bigger and better in new Jersey. The taxes will also eat you alive in new Jersey. New Jersey is also the number one state that people are moving away from as a result. I really don't see the point of anyone wanting to own a bigger or better house than this one in the first place. If you find a home like this in new Jersey at this particular price point style and square footage please list it. Let us know! In newyork and new Jersey you will pay much more to get absolutely nothing for your money. Not to mention quality of life which is poor here in the north. I'm just saying!

The owners suite is MAGNIFICENT! That bathroom is EVERYTHING! The soaking tub, high ceilings, the water closet, shower and walk in closet! I would NEVER leave my bedroom. LOL You my dear are my guilty pleasure!

I work in the RE field here in Maryland and even though I've never met her, whenever I meet someone who is thinking about relocating to the ATL and is interested in a home with these price points, I tell them to check out her RUclips channel because her video walkthroughs (with the back and all - LOL!) is definitely one of the best video "business cards" I've seen so far!

This is a beautiful home ! The wooden moldings, that you rarely see through out the house. Wooden floors I prefer all all levels, they are more durable and healthier. You are so enjoyable to watch and listen, keep up the good work . Best wishes!

Nice home but too chopped up
Now I like this layout a whole lot more than the others. There's a mudroom off the door to the garage adjacent to the laundry room, which makes sense. The butler's pantry is steps away from the dining room and kitchen. None of the bedrooms have weird angles, they're all square. I love the master bath and I love the tub, which isn't sunken like so many of the other tubs in master bath, and the faucets are mounted on the side. The master closet is very generous. Love the kitchen! I don't see enough space for a breakfast nook but a table with bench seats in the window and chairs on the other side of it would fit perfect and the bench seat could double for a window seat as well. I like the media room but not where it's placed because of the proximity to the bedrooms. However, it does have doors (very lovely glass doors) and that should help cut down on the noise if someone was trying to sleep. Most media rooms are tucked away in the corner or at the end of the hallway away from the bedrooms. Overall, I love the house! Now if I could just move it here to South Carolina........
Excellent curbside appeal, WOW, absolutely love this home on so many levels - the several fireplaces, spacious rooms, the fore-plan, the white cabinets, the huge lot - just get rid of the upstairs carpets.
This would be perfect for my family.
