Ed did such an immense job as Rhys! Amazing casting, the chemistry between him and Joe, especially the scene on the bridge was unmatched for that season.
I first saw Ed on outlander and I hated his character so much. Now I have a new appreciation for him

The Rhys storyline could easily have gone wrong & become annoying to viewers but u can tell how carefully it was executed & Ed was phenomenal riding on the wave of Joe Goldberg

Sadly enough Sera Gamble left the show and their are going to be new showrunners directing S5, but hopefully Ed as Rhys does come back.
He was one the most entertaining aspect of S4, aside from Penn as Joe.

@@yawrrrrrr she is probably working on the adaptation of another Caroline Kepnes novel. She hasn't left totally, she isn't overseeing the day to day activity but will still oversee the project.
Absolutely loved Ed as Rhys! He did such a terrific job and he seems like a really nice guy!

This episode was so good. I was smiling throughout the whole thing. Ed seems like such a sweet guy and he’s so charming on top of being a brilliant actor. I loved this season of You. Penn and Ed were amazing. On a side note, speaking of James who was mentioned briefly, it would be such a delight to have him on. Keep up with the good work guys, y’all are crushing it (no pun intended but now it seems as though I tried to sneak it in lol)

Ed was phenomenal
Season 5 can definitely bring back Joes mom, maybe him finding her and gaining an obsession over her. Not a love obsession, but an obsession over what she did in his childhood, him wanting “revenge” or even to get answers which can turn sinister. This brings back the stalker Joe, without him cheating on Kate or having another love interest.

In the next reason I really wanna see joe just walk through New York as himself again, I wanna see him go into the og bookshop, I wanna Ethan, becks friends, I wanna see them react to everything that’s happened, and I think they should be his downfall, they knew Candice disappeared when she was with him, and then beck dies, then they would’ve heard about love and joe dying, then hearing about him coming back from the dead, it would take an idiot to not put 2 and 2 together. They should know it was all joe. I also wanna see Reece stay, as joes alter ego, I think season 5 will end with joes love interest dead, but not by joes doing, and by her dying he’ll be vulnerable to the police and anyone in the public again, maybe even loves family. Hope we get to see Ellie return too, and maybe even paco
Also I think the season needs to end with joes mum and joe having a huge confrontation, maybe joe deciding that the only way for him to stop his tendencies is to stop where it first came from, which is his mum, I hope he tracks her down, kills his brother and tries to kill his mum and can’t bring himself to do it, maybe he hands himself into the police, or maybe someone gets to him first, killing joe would be a huge mistake, I feel like the worst punishment for joe would be to be locked away forever stuck in his own mind, so I hope the final season sees joe arrested, because death is too easy, and if joe is free he will never not kill, the only right thing for joe is prison, maybe we could see a trail? Dr Nicky, Ellie, paco, all as witnesses

My friend writes for Netflix, he said Season 5 Joe will become the same father to his own son that kates dad was to her, controlling his life, finding and stalking his son life.
Might be a very unpopular and controversial opinion, but season 4 is the strongest season for (pun intended) me

It’s not really his internal thoughts. It’s a separate part of him. And he’s made that from the image of Rhys. Considering he’s living in London and around tons of English people it’s not that strange
