I straight piped mine, didn’t take long to blow baffle. Backfires if I let it. Pops wheelie easy

Is there any advantage in wrapping the header pipe? Because it certainly doesn't do anything for the appearance
And is the outlet of these mufflers removable? I can see it's riveted but are these rivets the only thing securing the end cap to the front part of the muffler?
I was looking at buying a similar muffler but I like to be able to dismantle mufflers so they can be repacked internally
I'm currently using a 27" Emgo Dunstall style wide mouth muffler and they have a removable baffle retained by three nuts and is re-packable
If I got one of these types of muffler do you think it would be possible to replace the rivets with bolts and nuts welded internally?

How did you get the muffler to line-up straight , when the end of the header turns in ? With a very loose connection I bet.
