It's hard to describe what the beach is like - Playa Honda feels like a cove from the lost world, where you will rarely see more than a few other people. Only a few properties have direct access to the beach, which is capped on both ends by rocks that create a sense of privacy and seclusion.
With over 3,000 sf of living space and plenty of room to expand, a new owner could create anything using the property, whether the goal is to generate rental income or to simply live in a Costa Rica home at the beach.

Hey Matt... 100 steps sounds amazing. Would you be impinging on other's property to get to the beach?
There is a public path all the way to the sand. So you have to be respectful as you walk adjacent to the lovely neighbors’ property down that path, but it’s completely public.

Hey Chris will do - we are close to ending due diligence on it - if approved you can pretty much assume it will close. I will post on this video if it’s closed or back on the market don’t worry!
