@@FreakMoPed8 Thank you for the reply. The 2nd question is about the plastic that goes over the carburetor/filter you can see it on the 13:20 on your video. Some vespas have a metal cover. There is a rubber geasket that was missing on my vespa. My question was, how importat is that runber gasket?

Should I replace my 20/20 with a 24/24? And how important is a good seal of the plastic (or chrome as I have seen on some vespas) carb assembly?
Si24 makes sense, didnt get what u mean with the 2nd question. Venturi? Stick to the Standard air filter.

Adjust carb, casing and engine case perfectly to each other, no edges, no dead zones, thats enough
