I loved this chatty section of the blog! This year I really struggled with stress as I was in year 12, had family issues, and became school captain so the workload was really intense. Eventually it became too much and I was diagnosed with Generalised anxiety caused by stress. Just like you said, I had no idea how stressed I was, and that it was causing me all this anxiety. Once I realised that this was the cause, I started taking more care in how much work I took on and it improved so much! Thank you so much for talking about it!! It was very helpful for me, and I hope it helps other people too :)

I think you have to learn to love yourself first because once you love yourself you find that you don't look at other people and think about what is wrong with them. Loving yourself= less judgement.
