Love making applesauce, you can use your Apple cores to make apple cider vinegar and the peels if they are organic but the cores should be fine. Great recipe my friend. Love my instant pot. Nothing like the smell of cooked apples. Thanks for sharing. Blessings
Great tip! we bought these apple at a road side veggie/fruit stand they grow and pick them and sell them being unsure of what they use for pest control we just fed them to the chickens.
