can't wait for them to start on the midrise ball park office building(9 stories), south greene street mixed use aloft/residential and office tower(500 feet!!), the Greensboro westin tower complex on davie street(16 stories), hamton inn & suites midrise(8 stories) etc. exciting times for downtown GSO. gonna be alot of cranes in the skyline, aside from tanger outlets 4 new big buildings for downtown, and one to be the tallest in the triad!😁 also tanger center 3280 seat performing arts center is looking good and the 4 acre carroll at bellemeade residential/conference hotel is complete. greensboro blowing up.
