They are two separate dance line. @Calvin said it correctly Cool Mist are solely for the Drumline when they not performing with the marching band while the Golden Delights is the entire auxiliary team they are not just dancers they do flags, swirlers, they do it all.
That's not the entire band dude just NC A&T's Drumline. The Drumline itself is known world wide they perform a lot separate have done so for years besides this the marching band's off season, some are in the Pep Band while the others are doing something else. NC A&T isn't your normal HBCU we produce leaders, scholars, engineers, scientist, Olympians, and the list goes on and on.. And that's what we Aggie do!!!
Going to go back and get my degree at T music education performing and teaching never too late play 16 different instruments

What’s the difference between cold mist and golden delight
From what I understand Coolmist is the name of Cold Steel Dancers whereas Golden Delight is for the band. I believe their different groups entirely.
