Been shopping at Aldi for well over 20 years. They are the best! Their produce is great, chocolate is the same as Trader Joes and specialty items are always good. Try their cheeses and iced coffee.
this is one of the smart grocery haul by a fitness influencer. By things in a bulk like rice even though that may last 1 week and a half but still longer then most fitness influcener by packet rice. I like him saying is cheaper then by the ready packet just make your own. Smart guy.
One good thing to know is that with all oats, wheats, and other grains they are more than likely sprayed with tons of harmful chemicals. I would either go without these things or go for organic. Lot higher in price but you'll not be consuming glyphosate and other weed killers which are bad for every thing in your body.
I really like this type of content! If you could show a Sam's Club haul for diet staples as a beginning of a year thing to get started I would love to see it! Thank you for your content it's awesome watching your videos!
only if you know how to shop to make the bang for your bucks. Many influencer or bodybuilder don't shop smart. They shop harder and buy food that already ready prepared like package rice just microwave or add water and his ready. I try it i find it ok. I like food straight from the source and prepare them.
I know that spring is here but Im a smaller guy and ill be bulking even through summer and fall if i can help it. Do you think you can make another version of this video with another set of items to eat as alternatives to these?

bro see i keep telling my dad "aldi, lidl, walmart, foodlion" best options in that order and he FINALLY went for the first time in years today and we got like half our groceries for like 1/4 or 1/3 the price
Lean ground beef is something. 80/20 has absurdly more calories than 90/10 or 93/7. I compromise at 90/10 because I can get it at $4 vs $6 for 93/7. I will take the slightly higher calories vs the 50% markup of the 93/7. I won't go 80/20 though, it's way too much fat. Even if I'm able to eat 2500 a day (currently cutting at 2000 but often sticking fairly lower in the 1500-1600 range) I'd rather use those extra calories for something else. There's nearly a 200 calorie difference in 8oz of 80/20 vs 8oz of 90/10. That 200 calories is almost enough to have another meal. Aldi is legit too. Samsclub wants nearly $3 a pound for their chicken breast. Not worth it. And I think that broccoli is a great deal over what I just paid at Sams too. I use regular salsa on my chicken, and on my tacos (on zero carb wraps) in place of sour cream or other sauces. Pickles are another great snack hack. 0 cals. Tons of flavor.
0:50 yeah very unpopular experience but considering you fry them I feel like that drains out some of the fiber and obviously the water, making it easier on the stomach. Might have to try that. Typically brocolli makes me too bloated and constipated
I might go on a bulk soon but I have trouble eating certain foods. This is a Really helpfull vid for me man. now I can see what I might like to eat. Love man❤️💪🏻
maybe im just too broke lmao, i mean i go to aldis a lot but 80 dollars is a lot of money especially every weak, it is still better i assume than other stores, im just saying for me even 80 bucks is a lot.
Hey Casey, I just love yout content and I have been following you since your prep. I am also a video editor so if you are looking for one I am available. I am sure I can make your videos look 10x better. Btw love this video.
I wish you went to Costco haul instead bc here in Vegas we don’t have an aldi’s I didn’t even know what an Aldi’s was till I saw this video haha (idk how to spell it i’m dumb)
Man you need to start buying atleast organic oats. Preferably One Degree. Someone who doesn't spray with glyphosate. Out of everything you purchased I would definitely make sure those are organic/glyphosate free.
Bro we've been clearly sleeping on Aldi !! Those prices are no joke!
Literally do this every week and usually get out the door under $70! Aldi is the real deal!
Best grocery shopping video for bulking and eating in general. Keep the great videos coming .
maturing is realizing Aldi is the best place to shop for groceries
I love aldi but I swear stuff from there just don’t taste right 😭
costco is better
… maturing is realizing you can use your key instead of the qtr to get the cart lol
Maturing is realizing you can shop wherever you want.
@@frigidlava617what do you buy at Costco?
Always a great video from you Casey! Love your content and personality!
Use code Casey
Low-key super encouraging to see Casey buying a lot of what I usually buy at Aldi's lol

Damn 70 bucks is wild. That’s so cost effective, that same haul would be at least 100 at my HEB or Kroger. Well done

Another fitness influencer
I feel like I need more calorie dense foods… Walmart has some protein shakes for 2.89 a bottle and it has 400 cals and 30 G protein.
Massive shout out to the big bag of jasmine rice, that stuff is the goat
6:00 what do you mean by super inflammatory things, I like protein bars but I notice they usually have a lot of saturated fats
Buy a loaf pan and learn to make bread. Super money saver hack and super easy. I make challah with six eggs and use it for French toast
I spend $150 per month shopping at Aldi. I do meal prep to lose weight
Wow, I buy that same ground beef from aldi but mine cost $7.19! I live in New York, so I'm literally paying the price for it.
Always gotta shop at Aldi! Especially when meat is on sale 😮💨
I might go on a bulk soon but I have trouble eating certain foods. This is a Really helpfull vid for me man. now I can see what I might like to eat. Love man❤️💪🏻
