I have have this buzzing in my ear since I am a kid on both ears not only one. Lately I just have the need to stop what I'm doing and let the whole vibration take over me. He feels really nice. It's like a different state of consciousness.
❤Shalom I have been having these High pitch sounds in my right inner ear since November 28th 2022 constantly and it never ceases and in my left inner ear also I have a High Pitch sounds not as often as my right inner ear and sometimes both inner ears left and right have a Very High Pitch together constantly for 15 minutes together. No pain, no distraction, I sleep very good and regardless while I'm awake I can literally here it constantly ❤
On Dan Salinger channel his dad has dementia 91 years old always asking wheres his dead brother bill even says he just seen him. And his ears are always ringing.
Everytime I (or better said it) managed to break through in meditation that buzzing is very present. In that highest trance state aquired I look at pictures or videos and see them, or better said perceive them in 3D. While in the "real" 3D I perceive some kind of morphing and sense some stillness like that movement itself is not actually real and everything is at once.

Ear ringing is always a sign something is coming in my personal experience.

Very interesting had sounds in both ears since can remember but still hear everything else is similar to hearing crickets in distance constantly

So if the ringing is sometimes lower and humnlike, or sometimes buzzing, and other times in both ears
