I think crossbowres are mid game troops since u can take out so many people in mid game with them and most people don't know how to counter crossbows middle game rush

This is not always the case because crossbowers aren't just gonna take the hits from the knights and stay still, they can still maneuver around the knights and they can't do anything cause they have such a limited range
