Hello! Yes, Asuka is better. I compared with my A3 Lan. Asuka skill gives higher flame dmg boost than Lan's discharge. Another thing is the new debuff called Armor Dissolve (from latest weapons with 2 element resonance), which makes you deal more phys/flame dmg to enemy.
Hello! Anna is still good when paired with latest weapons (at least for me, because she helped me pass S9-S12 flame lol). Not really sure about older Anna comps.
