古峯神社（ふるみねじんじゃ）は、栃木県鹿沼市草久にある神社です。祭神は日本武尊。天狗が祭神の使いとされ、「天狗の社」としても知られます。神仏習合の時代には日光修験の道場であり、火伏や豊作・村内安全の神として庶民の崇敬を集めるなど、古峯信仰の中心となりました。 神社が鎮座する大芦川源流一帯は古峯ヶ原と呼ばれます。
古峯園（こほうえん）は、古峯神社にある回遊式の大庭園です。面積は25,000坪。大芦川源流の清い流れを引き込み、自然の地形を生かして作られています。園内に入ると周囲の山々までが庭園の一部のように感じられ、さらに広大な庭園に迷い込んだかのような錯覚に陥ります。桜に始まり、新緑、つつじ、花しょうぶ、夏のまばゆい緑を経た後には真っ赤な世界がやってきます。 園内には茶室や茶屋もあり、一日かけてゆっくり楽しむことができます。

Furumine Shrine is a shrine located in Kusagyu, Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture. The deity is Yamato Takeru. The tengu is said to be the messenger of the deity, and is also known as the "tengu shrine." During the Shinbutsu-shugo period, it was a dojo for Nikko Shugen, and became the center of Komine worship, as it was revered by the common people as a god of firefighting, a good harvest, and safety in the village. The area around the headwaters of the Oashi River, where the shrine is enshrined, is called Furuminegahara.
Koho Garden is a large strolling garden at Furumine Shrine. The area is 25,000 tsubo. It is made by drawing in the clear stream of the Oashi River headwaters and making the best use of the natural topography. When you enter the garden, the surrounding mountains feel like a part of the garden, and you get the illusion that you are lost in the vast garden. After the cherry blossoms, the fresh greenery, the azaleas, the flower buds, and the dazzling summer greenery, the bright red world comes. There is also a tea room and teahouse in the park, so you can relax and enjoy yourself all day long.
