    To start off, keep it simple and do 3-4 sets x 8 unweighted. This will be brutal. See you again on Thurs!

    Great video, however box jumps are not a plyometric exercise.

      Hey Nick! You’re right, the step down box jumps aren’t ‘true’ plyometrics. These are just to get people started though! If you change to a rapid jump off / back on the box then it’s game on 👍🏼
