He was feeling stupid and angry on himself, which can hurt the emotion he felt, and if jungkook also give cold shoulder or whatever punishment he give to taehyung. That can hurt taehyung feeling or emotion more. He can think like he don't deserve jungkook cause he was also surffering. And when we love someone so much, we can forgive them easily. Top or Bottom, they two have feeling and if we want to give Top punishment or cold shoulder first we have to think from Top(tae) point of view too.
