    Thank you for this video. Extremely helpful!!
    On a different note, when a carbon monoxide/smoke detector gives 2 beeps at a time like that, it means it is at it's 'operational end-of-life' and needs to be replaced.

      You're welcome!!
      Someone else also pointed that out in another of my videos. I stopped hearing them 🤦🏿. However, I replaced them all recently. So no more beeping, well, in future videos at least.
      Sorry about that.
      Thanks for watching! And taking the time to point out the smoke detector noise:)

    Very helpful video - thank you. I am doing my research and wonder what the issues are when using 32 lb. paper. As the 32 lb paper is thicker than, say 20 lb. I realize that there will be less sheets within the coil. Does thicker paper cause jams? I will continue to use the thicker paper so, a solution of thinner paper would not be viable. Thank you.

      Hi. I use a few sheets of construction paper at a time and it has never jammed yet. I try to clean it often. Thank you for watching the video:)

    Do 12” long coils work for larger size books such as A4 or close to 12” long books? I want to bind piano sheet music books that are close to those sizes. How much extra coil do you need in order to cut and crimp?

      @MommyShareSpace  Месяц назад +1

      Hi, Yes, they will.
      I tested to make sure, measuring it next to my daughter's piano book. Construction paper is the same length, and it worked perfectly! It leaves just enough room for one coil at the top and bottom, which is enough to cut and crimp. It cuts it close, but it works!
      Sorry for the late response. I was Ill. Best wishes. Thank you for watching!

    Have you made any half letter size books? I’m struggling with placement

    • @MommyShareSpace
      @MommyShareSpace  Год назад +1

      Hi Zariah.
      Using the placement guide on the machine when I need more exact hole placements does not work either.
      The machine uses the letter measurement for the American sizing standards (ANSI) and the International standards (ISO). But only the International standard for half-sized-letter books.
      To bypass this, I line my paper past the last hole in the guide area.
      I made a short video showing this ----->ruclips.net/video/dQ0yuyZNCno/видео.html
      I hope it helps :)
      Thanks for watching!

      Hi! I now saw your comment as RUclips had it held for review in error. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will do a short with that image within the next few days. Sorry for the late response and thanks for watching!.

    Have you ever had it to not punch all the holes? I am having that issue and I need to know how to fix it?

      Hi,
      I purchased it from Amazon.🙂
      The link immediately under the video is to the machine on Amazon.
      It is an affiliate link, though.
      This link ---> amzn.to/3CFqPTg will also take you to the same machine, or you can search for ---> TRUBIND Spiral/Coil Binding Machine - Electric Coil Inserter.

    Hello, I’m looking to bind a custom planner I made. Do you offer coil binding services?

      Hi Melirosa. Unfortunately, I don't at this time.
      Before buying the coiling machine, I used to get my books cut and bound at Office Max.
      I am not sure which part of the world you're in, but maybe you might have a big-box office supply store nearby that might be able to do it for you.
      When I cut my first few books, I got just a few done, so you'll have to find out about their quantity limits. Their prices were reasonable at the time, but for convenience, knowing I would be cutting books for a while, I decided to invest in this machine:)
      I hope that helps, and I hope you enjoy your planner. I love testing out different planner setups:)
