An excellent exegesis of 1 Corinthians chapter 7, so many blanks were filled in, especially the aspects as why Paul was speaking to the married, single, fathers ect...bless you Pastor! Thank you Holy Spirit 💖

Thank you. I found this very helpful. Some clear teaching on the issues Paul raised.
More than just information but transformation. Praise God, from your Christian brother in Sydney Australia.

There's power in submission, esp. to God's word! In the spirit realm, the thing that seems obvious (what we want to do) isn't always expediant. Trust God and watch Him work on your behalf!

    1 Corinthians 7:12 I don't really get it.
does it mean, if two nonbelievers are already married , one of them becomes a believer then they should be together of possible? or is it okay for a believer to get married to a nonbeliever, and then if the other partner doesn't mind the situation, then they should remain together?

If you (or anyone) is a believer and single, do not marry an unbeliever. Don't even go down the road in that direction. Elsewhere Paul plainly says "Do not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever." -Notice that this chapter near the end says that if a (believing) woman's husband dies, she is free to re-marry "only in the Lord" -meaning, only to a believer. Believers must not get married to unbelievers.

If you are not married but in a relationship and we consent to one another does the mean we are committing adultery

if there is sexual activity of any kind and two people are legally unmarried it is not considered adulterous but fornication .

to the unmarried....really....there is not a better term, here.....ambiguity....is the death of a legitimate Bible study...

here it says reconcille or remain single.....there does nto seem to be an avenue for remarriage if one can not reconcille....
