- Door opened
- Turn on (turn knob)
- Press and maintain pressed start/stop and close the door
- When start/stop turns off: push 3 times start/stop and maintain pressed
- When start/stop starts blinking again: stop pressing it
You can switch between infos with the wheel
Infos explanation:
- then digits: software ID
F then digits: error codes
U then digits: component test (press start/stop to switch between them)
= then digits: switch/sensor test (door closed switch, etc.) (press start/stop to switch between them)
H then digits: operating hours counter display

Hi, i have a question. how can i change the twindos washing fluids? Do you know?
i mean like in the service menu. i want flacon 1 to be like normal washing fluid en flacon 2 to be like softener instead of bleach.

If you bought it new it should be under warranty. Why not contact Miele so they fix it for free?

@@Johansaplast Hey Johan, my Miele is much more modern than this one on the video. I figure out that the solution was much easier than I though. I just need to go on the Setting menu and find the setting for the beep and then lower the volume, I can also turn on and off. Yours should be the same

It means that there's water at the bottom of the machine. Maybe you used too much soap. Otherwise, there's a leak.
You can try to open the pump filter door and let the water go out, then tilt the machine toward its front to remove all the water (careful, it's very heavy).

My W1 has got demo mode. Anyone know how to fix it back to normal? At the moment I cant start the machine. So i need to deactivate this demo mode but i dont know how. I have tried a lot of things but nothing works.
Does anyone know how to shorten the time fra 2.59 min to lower in Eko mode...? 🙏

There should be an option for it in the manual, but if you didn't change it maybe you've started to wash at least once a month at 60°C or more.

ilovemiele if I remember correctly make sure the door in closed to start with, Then turn the machine on, open the door, put your finger on the start/stop button, then close the door whilst still continuing to hold the start/stop button, it will start to flash, then press two times and on the third time hold down at the start/stop button again then in a few seconds your in service mode! took me a few attempts but I did eventually get into it!

We have the same problem, although our Miele is now older than 4 weeks. We are not able to chose any other program then "Baumwolle" and 60 degrees. Could it be that the washing machine is requesting now for "1st program" which normally starts at the beginning?
While trying to get into the service mode I happened to reenable the "1st program" by error, so I'm sure it's possible.
Unfortunately, I don't remember how I got out of it, but just running it should fix it.
Machine thinks your baumwolle program is still running. Turn the dial to north (off), turn back to baumwolle, pres start stop until timer shows 00:00 (now the baumwolle program is finished). Now you can choose what ever program again.

Should the door sensor flash at the moment it starts work?
I use the lower cotton setting. You can change temperature (20; 30, 40, 60), duration (short setting from 2, 40 to 1,10
) Spin speed + water or whatever you want.
That's very interesting. My WCE670 works fine with one phone, but when I attempt to link a 2nd phone via the app I get 'Fault code 3.6.16'.
Surely these sophisticated Miele machines can be operated from more than one phone?
